'The lonely Mic' is a project investigating the importance of grassroots music venues and the reasons they have been struggling to keep their doors open. In recent years it has been increasingly difficult for these establishments to be able to keep their doors open. This has lead to large issues for up and coming artists who are trying to use these spaces to catch their ‘big break’ and rely on them for exposure.
